Intel Maps Terms of Service
By using intelmaps.io ("Intel Maps", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Intel Maps provides visualizations of public TON blockchain data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Crypto market data is volatile and our analytics are informational only; nothing on Intel Maps is financial advice.
2. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the Service in ways that violate rate limits; reverse engineer our cluster-detection algorithms or APIs to build a competing product; use the Service to harass, dox, or target individuals based on wallet activity; or resell API access to third parties without a Chain-tier agreement. KOL wallet addresses are deliberately protected; do not try to circumvent that protection.
3. Paid plans
Paid plans bill monthly (or annually where offered) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; billing stops at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
3a. Refunds & cancellation
- Cancel anytime. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal on your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges, and your paid access continues until that date.
- First-purchase guarantee. If a paid plan isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full.
- No prorated refunds. Beyond the first-purchase window, we do not refund partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- Billing errors. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full — contact us and we'll fix it.
- How to request. Email hello@intelmaps.io from your account email with the charge date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of abuse. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intel Maps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is capped at fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Intel Maps does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
6. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email and in-product banner.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
